As part of the research, Sortlist analyzed daily time spent on the internet and social media, based on data from Hootsuite’s Global State of Digital 2021 report.

Data shows that the average person now spends 145 minutes per day on their smartphone, up from 142 minutes on average in 2020.

That adds up to 1,015 minutes per week, 4,410 minutes per month and 52,925 minutes per year spent online!
