Bitter men have created an online ‘feminine illusion calculator’ to poke fun at single women

If there’s one thing the world doesn’t lack, it’s bitter men who have too much free time. Whether it’s trying to stage a coup on Capitol Hill or creating a sexist website, disgruntled guys will always find weird ways to spend their free time.

The sexist website in question is the “Female Delusion Calculator” which can be found at “”.

The site asks “women” to enter their dating preferences: age, race, income, height, and marital status. It then calculates the probability that you will meet a man in the United States who meets these criteria.

Additionally, it gives you an ‘illusion score’ which also serves as a ‘cat lady counter’. Depending on how crazy you are, you may get options such as: “easy to please”, “down to earth”, “budding cat lady”, “cat lover” or “you don’t belong in this planet”.

All good options.

The website was started by “a man in North America” according to the “about” page.

The designer writes, “I couldn’t help but notice that women often have unrealistic expectations of the man they’re looking for. Below-average women expect their tall men to quality stick around. They don’t realize that these men are in high demand.”

But the website does not. On the contrary, it promotes a dangerously sexist view of women that blames them for a relationship that doesn’t work.

The site is also flawed in its data collection. In the “Statistics” section, the creator says he used data from the 2020 Annual Social and Economic Supplement to the Current Population Survey and the 2017-2018 National Health and Nutrition Survey conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics.

This means that the data includes all men, married or not, in the United States. That’s not realistic, because you’re probably trying to date a small group of people in a specific part of the country. Therefore, the stats are not completely accurate for your dating pool.

Even when you set your dating preferences to single men over 18, earning over $15,000 a year, you’re still going to end up with a delusion score of 2/5.

We give this website a delusional rating of 5/5 for thinking it was necessary or accurate, “you don’t belong on this planet”.
